At Underwood Family Farms, you can enjoy the true farm experience. You get to pick your own fruit and vegetables on the fully operational working farm. You can also enjoy the convenience of shopping at the Farm Market for the same field-fresh produce.
The Farm Animal Center has farm animal displays, a petting zoo, pony rides, activities, and games. Our favorite thing to do at the petting zoo is feeding baby goats with bottles. 🐐
During Summer, Underwood Family Farms offers summer camp on the farm for kids. Underwood Family Farm carries Christmas trees during the holidays. You can even host a child’s birthday at the farm.
The Moorpark location is open only for pick-your-own fruits and veggies. Weekly admission to the farm is $10 on weekdays and $14 on weekends and holidays.

When you visit Gilchrist Farm in Santa Clarita, we want you to slow down and enjoy the ranch! At this farm, you can learn how to milk the goats, gather eggs or take a horseback-riding lesson. The farm is open year-round on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. so you can enjoy the petting zoo, take a wagon ride, a pony ride and participate in a seasonal farm craft, like soap-making.
Gilchrist Farm also offers a mini-farm camp for kids ages 2 through 5, and a summer farm camp for campers ages 5 through 16.
Learn to ride horses or advance your current riding skills. Get to know the cows, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, and bunnies! Learn traditional crafts (soap and candle making), play in the mud, and much more! The entire camp is OUTSIDE! Gilchrist Farm Summer Farm Camp Includes horse care, grooming, riding, and a horse show!
In the spring, they host spring day camp, Spring Fling and Egg Hunt, and an unforgettable Family Camp Out and Barbecue. The most memorable event of the year is the Harvest Festival, hosted daily in October. Admission to the farm and parking is free; activity prices vary.
Amy’s Farm

Amy’s Farm is a real, working polycultural farm focusing on sustainable, organic methods to farming. They offer education with hands-on, guided tours to visitors of all ages. Guided tours include a garden walk, harvesting of herbs or a veggie, feeding the animals, visit the petting zoo, milk a cow, and visit the horses.
You can also pick up some fresh fruits and vegetables and organic non-GMO eggs from the “Beyond Organic” Produce Stand to enjoy a picnic from home or school! Reservations are required for the tours and are $10-$30 per person.
You can stop by and visit and shop without reservations Tuesdays-Fridays with a minimum donation of $10 and purchase from the Farm Stand. The Farm is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Since 1940, Tanaka Farm has been dedicated to providing families with quality products and educational experiences. The farm provides families with things to do all year round. They host Strawberry Tours March through June, Watermelon Tours July through August and a Pumpkin Patch Tour from September to October.
Tanaka Farms grows and harvests fresh produce right on the farm by using responsible farming methods. The produce stand is open seven days a week all year, except for a short winter break.
The Hana Field

Hana Field is Orange County's premiere U-Pick sunflower and flower fields. Pick your own fresh sunflowers and zinnias while you're there! Thousands upon thousands of brilliantly colored blossoms can be found at The Hana Field to brighten your day. The sunflowers will start blooming in mid July.
General admission is $5 per person but does not include flower picking. The field is open on Fridays from 3-6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-5 pm, and Sundays 10 am-5 pm.

Tapia Brothers Farm

At Tapia Brothers Farm you'll find super fresh fruit and vegetables (though not organically farmed). From March to November, the kids will get a kick out of the chickens, goats, and rabbits running around the place. Best known for its corn, tomatoes and luscious strawberries, Tapia Brothers Farm also has a pumpkin patch in October and sells Christmas trees in December.

Children will love a visit to the Animal Acres farm sanctuary, which focuses on rescuing and protecting farm animals.

At SaddleRock Gardens, you get to hike and harvest. You’ll take off on a hike through the vineyards on the private estate of Saddlerock Ranch and explore an organic vegetable garden where you will get to harvest fresh produce directly from the soil beneath your feet. You will get to bring home a bag of fresh produce you picked yourself.
You can also enjoy a five-course meal at the SaddleRock Gardens composed by a guest chef with vegetables grown on the organic farm. You get to explore the garden and talk to the gardeners.

At this unique farm, you can take private tours where you can meet and feed camels and other animals during an unforgettable encounter.
You can also get a camel ride. The camel rides are what they call a county fair-style ride. Camels are handled by a trainer around a large, circular path.
The path takes camels and riders behind Pepper Tree Hill and in front of the paddocks where you meet Zohan, a herd bull, and other paddock residents. Each ride is approximately three to four minutes long.
