I highly recommend the Sylvan on Pico Blvd. Marla,the Center Director, is amazing with both parents and children. Every single tutor she has hired there is great! They are all happy to work with children and help them grow. The director will schedule meetings with the parents so you know exactly how your child is doing. They are on top of it. They communicate very well with the parents and I really appreciate that. Also, I like that they make tutoring interesting and fun. My child is a kindergartner so it's difficult to grab and keep his attention span.....but Sylvan has a way to do it with fun games, fun tutors and little prizes. If my 4 year old kid says, "Yay! We get to go to Tutoring today!" These Sylvan people are doing something right! Lol! ---Megan B.
