The Beach House is a unique community destination with spectacular views, splash pad, playground, gallery, Marion Davies Guest House, beach courts & fields, community & cultural events, historic pool, and more! There's always something for everyone to enjoy! 
 
Stand Up Paddle Boards are available year-round for rental.

The Beach House has a beautiful party venue, which is available year-round for birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, and any special occasions. But During the summer months, rental availability is limited. The Courtyard and Splash Pad are also available for rental from November to April.
