For members with reservations during the closure, your reservation will be released and no further action on your part is needed at this time. If you purchased a date-specific ticket, it will be honored for one year from the date of purchase.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, the Zoo and Safari Park are operating with limited capacity. Visitors without a pre-purchased ticket and members without a date-specific reservation may be turned away because of capacity limits.
