You may have heard about libraries offering summer reading programs where kids are encouraged to read books during the summer months. But did you know that you can borrow books, ebooks, audiobooks, and even watch movies right at home using your library card? Libraries offer many different ways to keep learning during summer including borrowing books online or through their mobile app. Find out more about your options here!

Most students have been assigned a library card during the school year, and you can use the same card to borrow books at home. If you don't have a physical library card and don't know the PIN, you can email Los Angeles Public Library to verify the student’s name, address, and school, and they'll look up your library card number and PIN for you.
