This holiday season 2021, you can experience South Coast Botanic Garden in a whole new light with GLOW! This year’s event will include food, drinks, music, interactive exhibits and a transformative Garden featuring thousands of lights that will have you partying on the beach, drinking cocktails on the bayou and chasing waterfalls. A stunning kelp forest will take your breath away and spark your interest in the beauty of the sea.

GLOW will also feature additional Garden collections this year, including the Lavender Garden, Koi Pond, Fuschia Garden, and Lower Meadow, adding more areas with lights than last year’s show. And while it may not be holiday inspired, there will be themed nights to encourage festive attire and to add to the fun.

Mardi Gras Night

This year’s GLOW features an all new design that culminates in The Bayou. To celebrate this amazing section of the exhibit, GLOW is hosting a Mardi Gras Night! Come dressed up in your favorite Mardi Gras gear and ready to have some fun!
Ugly Christmas Sweater Night

GLOW may not be holiday themed, but you can still celebrate the season. Wear your ugly Christmas sweaters or other festive attire to show your holiday spirit.
Neon Night

The garden is GLOWing throughout our run, but on Neon Night, we invite you to join in! Wear neon colors or light yourself up like a neon sign for this night that celebrates our Electric Desert portion of the exhibit.
Kids’ Beach Night

The weather may not allow f or a beach day right now, but with our imaginations, we can have a beach night! This kid-centric night will encourage kids, and t hose young at heart, t o come experience GLOW.
Garden Lights and Ocean Waters Conservation Night

GLOW i s unique in that the focus is on exhibit on water. The plants take water to survive, and so do we! So, on this night, a portion of the proceeds will go to an ocean conservation organization to be announced
soon.
GLOW takes place between November 20, 2021 and January 17, 2022. Tickets are $24.95 for members, $34.95 for non-members, and Children 4 and under are free.
Members will enjoy discounted tickets to GLOW throughout its run. Members can also purchase their tickets before the general public during the Members-only pre-sale from October 4-17.
