Thanksgiving Recess

Glendale Unified adopted the 2027-2028 calendar on Nov. 18, 2025. Elementary schools follow a trimester schedule and secondary schools follow semesters, so minimum days and report card dates differ by level.
Glendale also observes Lincoln Day and Washington Day on separate Mondays in February, plus Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day on April 24. That gives families more three-day weekends than many nearby districts.
