Aquarium Holidays features special holiday décor, a display of gingerbread houses, snow fall in the Great Hall, and the Aquarium’s costumed characters in their holiday outfits. On weekends the Aquarium will have a snow play area, underwater shows with Santa Diver, children’s crafts, photo opportunities with Santa and holiday characters, and Hanukkah storytelling with opportunities to play dreidel.

The largest holiday celebration is coming to LA on December 24th. The event features the Ho’s original songs in English and Hawaiian with captivating hula choreography; Le Ballet Dembaya, a professional West African drum and dance company; Kayamanan Ng Lahi Philippine Folk Arts, a Filipino dance company noted for its extensive dance repertoire, costumes and music ensembles, Lorenzo Johnson & Praizum, a diverse choir with upbeat, inspirational and positive hymns, including traditional, contemporary, hip-hop, R&B, Christian and gospel; and Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea, a multicultural, all-female ensemble, and more.

This event will be broadcasted live on PBS SoCal and KCET, and is free to all. No reservations or tickets are required to the show; first come, first seated. Parking is also free in The Music Center parking garage. (Free)
