The 4th Annual Great Pumpkin Bash

Don't toss those jack-o'-lanterns. At the Great Pumpkin Bash in Pan Pacific Park, kids can smash their leftover Halloween pumpkins so they get composted instead of sent to the landfill.

The free morning also includes a costume parade, giveaways, cooking and gardening workshops, music and hands-on activities. Councilmember Katy Yaroslavsky hosts it with the Board of Public Works and LA Recreation and Parks.
