Sir  Topham Hatt is headed to Southern California Railway Museum in Perris. Along with Thomas the Tank Engine and his friend Percy, Sir Topham Hatt will be available to meet all his special friends. There will be photo  opportunities, storytelling, live entertainment, a petting zoo and so much  more.
