Description

Need a reset? Head to the Arroyo Seco Regional Branch Library for Regulate and Recharge, a monthly gathering where kids can dive into hands-on sensory fun while parents and caregivers connect with helpful community resources. This event is all about play with purpose—think open-ended activities, new sensory toys, and a safe, welcoming space for all ages and abilities.

Perfect for families looking to support their neurodivergent children or anyone simply wanting a creative, inclusive environment, these sessions happen every fourth Monday and offer a little something for everyone. Whether it’s finger painting, texture exploration, or just relaxing with others who get it, this is a great way to recharge your afternoon.
