Menorah Lighting Ceremony at the Reagan Library

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library welcomes the community for its outdoor Hanukkah celebration on the sixth night of the holiday. The highlight is the official menorah lighting, set against the library's sweeping hilltop views of Simi Valley.

The Temple Beth Shalom Children's Choir sings, there's live music, and kids can make holiday crafts. Doughnuts are handed out while they last, so arriving on time pays off.

Want to see the museum too? Come earlier in the day; the galleries close at 5 p.m., and museum admission is separate from this free event.
