Mehregan Family Festival

Mark your calendar for a free afternoon of Persian culture at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana. The Farhang Foundation and the Bowers team up on Sunday, October 4, 2026, for the Mehregan Family Festival, an autumn celebration rooted in ancient Iranian traditions of friendship, gratitude and the harvest.

Your family can watch live dance performances, tap along to music by the ARIA Music Ensemble and dive into art projects inspired by Iranian heritage. Kids can get their faces painted for free, pick up a calligraphy keepsake and join hands-on creative workshops in the museum's courtyard.

Hungry? Guests can sample a complimentary taste of Iranian cuisine from Maison De La Fork.
