Inland Pacific Ballet: The Nutcracker

Inland Pacific Ballet's annual Nutcracker tells the story of Clara and her magical nutcracker doll as they journey to the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of Sweets. More than 80 dancers bring toy soldiers, gingerbread characters, snowflakes and the Sugar Plum Fairy to life.

The production plays two weekends at two venues: the Lewis Family Playhouse in Rancho Cucamonga on Dec. 5 and 6, and Bridges Auditorium in Claremont on Dec. 19 and 20. Every date has a noon and a 4 p.m. show.

The ballet runs about 1 hour and 45 minutes, plus intermission, and is recommended for ages 5 and up.
