DTLA Halloween Festival for Kids

The DTLA Alliance brings its popular DTLA Halloween Festival for Kids to Grand Hope Park on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, 2026. Designed for children ages 2 to 8, this festival gives downtown families a safe, cheerful place to celebrate.

Kids can trick-or-treat at real doors set up around the park, meet storybook characters and mascots, and dance at a DJ party. Magic and puppet shows run every 30 minutes, and face painting, balloon twisting and arts and crafts keep little hands busy.

Tickets are all-inclusive and include a complimentary meal of a hot dog, chips, a cookie and water, with vegan hot dogs available on request. Buying tickets in advance saves time at the gate.
