Take a delicious dive into Chinese culinary tradition with the Chinese Dessert Dumpling Demo + Tasting at the West Los Angeles Regional Branch Library! Led by the talented Chef Jess Wang, this free community event brings people together over one of China's tastiest and most meaningful desserts—sticky rice dumplings.

You’ll get to see (and try your hand at!) making QQ pearl dumplings—those fruity, chewy, colorful bites of joy that are as fun to make as they are to eat. Along the way, Chef Jess will share the cultural significance behind these gluten-free, vegan-friendly treats, turning this interactive demo into both a flavorful and educational experience. After the hands-on fun, you’ll get to enjoy a tasting of the creations. Come curious, come hungry, and come ready to roll!
