Virginia Avenue Park

Virginia Avenue Park is a 9.5-acre park, and it's home to a vibrant community center, a weekly Farmers Market, and the Pico Branch Library. A Sprinkle of fun is open daily from 10am-6pm, with water coming from the floor and the walls during summer time. The Splash area has water geysers, and water spouts that the kids can aim at each other. There is also lots of shaded areas for parents to sit under while watching the kids. There are two playgrounds, one with a jungle gym with a slide and a big tower where you can see a great view of the entire park. 
 
Most picnic tables and outdoor barbeque grills are first come first serve, there is one reservable picnic area, onsite parking, and smart benches. 
 
Programs
In addition to outdoor amenities, Virginia Avenue Park is home to a vibrant community center offering a variety of free educational, recreational programs and activities for Santa Monica families of all ages and abilities.
