Underwood Family Farms’ 29th Annual Fall Harvest Festival: Dates, Prices, and Coupon!

Fall fun is arriving early at Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark. The farm is opening a preview of its 29th Annual Fall Harvest Festival before the full celebration begins, giving families an early chance to see pumpkins, enjoy farm activities and spend a day outdoors.

The preview weekend takes place Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission is $12 per person at the gate. The preview continues Monday, September 21 through Friday, September 25, when admission is $8 at the gate.

When the Full Fall Harvest Festival Begins

The official 29th Annual Fall Harvest Festival begins Saturday, September 26 and continues through the entire month of October. Weekday admission during the festival is $16 at the gate. Weekend admission is online only, so families planning an October weekend visit should purchase tickets before arriving.

Season Pass members receive free admission during preview weekend and preview week. During the full festival, Season Pass members receive free admission on weekdays. Children under age 2 and parking are free.

What Is Included During the Preview

Preview admission includes tractor-drawn wagon rides, Farmer Craig’s Chicken Show, the first pumpkins and gourds of the season, access to the Country Store, entry to the pick-your-own fields, photo opportunities, the Pumpkin House, a giant tractor display, the animal center, play equipment, hay climbing pyramids and plenty of room to explore.

Weekend visitors can also catch animal shows and pig race rehearsals. Pick-your-own produce is priced separately, and availability can change with the harvest.

Activities That Require Extra Tickets

Some attractions require additional tickets, including gem and fossil mining, the electric train, John Deere, bee, cow, and grain trains, horse-drawn wagon rides on weekends, animal petting and duck feeding areas, mega bubbles, bean and corn boxes, festival games and crafts.

Parent Tips

Bring a stroller or wagon for younger children, wear shoes that can handle farm paths and arrive early if you want cooler temperatures and smaller crowds. Personal wagons and strollers are welcome, and the farm also has pull wagons and wheelbarrows available.
