We know it is not easy to find engaging activities for your kids for this summer, but just because the kids can't physically go to camp, it doesn't mean they have to stop learning or having fun! That is when camps such as The Second City Comedy Camp comes to rescue!
With a new online platform, The Second City is bringing comedy camps right to your couch. The fully digital comedy camps will engage your children for four hours of fun and creativity with other kids. All you need is an internet connection and a camera.
The comedy camps are taught by Training Center comedy pros at The Second City. You can pick from 1-day or 5-day camps to fit your child’s needs and schedule. Campers exercise their sense of play through improv games and learn the foundation of The Second City’s unique brand of comedy.
The teachers will work with these young improvisers to help enhance their ability to communicate with others and develop confidence in their own creativity, all while working as part of an ensemble. No previous experience is required. Camps end with a virtual show where the students show off what they’ve learned.

Improv: the fundamentals of the improv “yes, and” philosophy
Musical Improv: spontaneously put words to music
Sketch Comedy: use improv to develop scenes and create original sketches
