Updated: Sep 10, 2020

Underwood Family Farms will be opening the Moorpark Farm for pick your own fruits and vegetables on Friday, May 1, 2020. With plenty of fresh air and wide-open space, it will allow for visitors to select and harvest their own essential produce directly from the fields while maintaining social distance.

The Pick Your Own fields will be open daily from 9am – 6pm. Entrance to the fields will be separate from the Farm Market. Admission to pick your own produce is $5.00 per person, and children under 2 are free. Tractor-drawn wagon rides to the fields are included with the admission.

There will be a one-way path to either board a tractor-drawn wagon or walk to the fields. Tractor-drawn wagons will carry a limited number of people to maintain 6 feet separation. Masks will be required when checking in and out. Gloves are required and must be worn at all times.

Hand washing stations and restrooms will be at the entrances, in the fields, and at the exits. Upon exiting, two booths will be located for checking out. Sanitizing of surfaces will take place continually throughout the day. Team members will be on hand to ensure all procedures are adhered to by all.
