Over 300 artists and crafters are featured this weekend at the Fiesta Hermosa Festival. The festival takes place in downtown Hermosa Beach with the ocean as a backdrop. The Kiddie Carnival features a 30 foot slide, mechanical rides, rock climbing wall and bungee jump, and games for kids from 3 to 10 years old. Pony rides, a Petting Zoo, and face painters are sure to delight the little ones.
Family Floralia Workshop The Getty Villa

The Getty Villa hosts a family-friendly events this Saturday. You get to explore the sights, textures, and fragrances of history as you explore the Villa gardens and make your own seed balls. Then at 2:00 pm, you get to explore how Greek vases were made and to “handle tools and materials similar to those used by ancient potters and painters. Both of these activities are drop-in programs. Admission to the Getty Villa is free, though an advance entry ticket is required and can be requested online.
