After growing from a seed into a miniature person, Thumbelina is worried that she’s too different to ever fit in. But when a fairy prince flying on a bee suddenly appears on her window ledge one day, Thumbelina’s entire world opens up. Filled with pop songs that kids are bound to love, this one-hour, immersive-interactive musical is perfect for the entire family.

Proving to be a monster hit with audiences, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is coming to Pantages Theatre in Hollywood this weekend. Willy Wonka is the most famous candy maker in the world, an eccentric confectioner whose sugary treats are works of genius. Yet he is a total recluse, and no one else in the world has ever stepped foot inside his famous chocolate factory. That is until a contest is announced - five golden tickets have been hidden away inside five Wonka chocolate bars, and whoever finds them will be led on a tour of the factory by the mysterious Mr. Wonka himself.

Butterflies are taking flight at NHM! Get up close to beautiful butterflies in the new Butterfly Pavilion. This seasonal exhibit features more flight space, more resting spots, and more natural light. There will be hundreds of free-flying butterflies inside, and the awesome Gallery Interpreters who can explain why these animals are so special.

Join Discovery Cube OC this weekend for their annual Bubblefest. Bubblefest XXIII features hands-on bubble science and the amazing Mega Bubblefest Laser Show. Interactive spaces include the Mega Bubble Courtyard, Water Spheres, and the Bubblefest Zone where the whole family can learn bubble science from surface tension, elasticity, air pressure, and geometric properties.
