Winter Wonderland

La Verne's Winter Wonderland is back for its 27th year at Heritage Park, transforming the grounds into a snowy holiday playground for one Saturday morning in December. It is one of the San Gabriel Valley's sweetest small-town holiday traditions.

Kids can zoom down two snow runs on provided sliding saucers and romp through two snow play lands filled with real snow. Between snowball fights, they can make holiday crafts, warm up with hot cocoa and a special treat at Mrs. Claus' Cozy Kitchen and visit Santa at the park's gazebo, so have your camera ready.

Craft vendors offer a head start on holiday shopping, and food and refreshments are sold on site. Dress the kids for real snow with gloves or mittens, boots and warm jackets, and note that dogs are not allowed.
