Toddler Tuesdays – Musical Mornings

Music mornings just got a lot more magical at the Autry Museum of the American West! Toddler Tuesdays – Musical Mornings is the perfect midweek adventure for your tiniest music lovers. Held in the museum's Family Play Space, this twice-monthly program brings music educator Tim Hancock front and center for two age-based sessions full of rhythm, movement, and hands-on fun. The first session welcomes babies to early toddlers (ages 0–2.5) for a playful introduction to beat and pitch through singing and motion. The second session is tailored for older toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2.5–5), diving into beginner music theory using Boomwhackers and other kid-friendly percussion tools. From dancing and singing to exploring tempo and pitch, this workshop gives your little one a joyful foundation in music while encouraging creativity and active participation. Don’t forget to register—space is limited, and the fun fills up fast!
