Toddler Tuesdays – Musical Mornings

Let your little ones discover the magic of music at the Autry Museum’s Toddler Tuesdays – Musical Mornings! Happening on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, this playful program turns the Family Play Space into a musical wonderland, led by children’s music educator Tim Hancock. It’s the perfect mix of early education and joyful noise, with two interactive sessions tailored to different age groups.

For babies and young toddlers (ages 0–2.5), the first session at 10:30 a.m. is all about musical exposure—singing, moving, and grooving to different rhythms and melodies. The second session at 11:15 a.m. is geared toward slightly older kids (ages 2.5–5) and introduces the basics of music theory using colorful percussion instruments like Boomwhackers and playful hands-on tools.Kids will explore rhythm, pitch, tempo, and more while dancing, singing, and tapping along in a fun and engaging group setting. It’s educational, energetic, and the perfect way to jumpstart your tot’s love for music. Registration is required, and space fills up fast—so don’t wait to snag your spot!
