Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration 2026

Rodeo Drive kicks off the holiday season each year with its Holiday Lighting Celebration, when the palm trees lining the world-famous shopping stretch between Santa Monica and Wilshire Boulevards are wrapped in thousands of twinkling white lights and oversized ornaments.

Beyond the glittering palms, keep an eye out for the whimsical Holiday Helpers display that pops up along the drive each year — a fun photo stop for the kids while the grown-ups admire the storefronts dressed for the season.

Best of all, this display is completely free to enjoy and typically stays lit well into the new year, so you don't have to make it out on opening night to soak up the sparkle.

📅 Dates & Times

Thursday, November 19, 2026 — the palm trees switch on in the early evening (the exact ceremony time hadn't been announced as of late September; last year's lighting began around 5 p.m.). The display then stays lit nightly through the season, though the exact end date for the 2026–27 season hasn't been announced yet — check rodeodrive-bh.com closer to the new year.
