Description

Looking for a calm, supportive space where your child can play, explore, and just be themselves? Head to the Arroyo Seco Regional Branch Library for Regulate and Recharge, a monthly gathering designed with all ages and abilities in mind—especially neurodivergent youth and their families.

This inclusive event offers open-ended sensory play with new toys and tools from the library’s children’s area, along with creative art activities to inspire imagination and expression. While kids dive into play, parents and caregivers can explore helpful resources tailored to neurodivergent support, connect with others in the community, and recharge in a judgment-free environment. It’s relaxed, fun, and totally free—and due to the holiday, this month’s event happens a week early, so don’t miss it!
