Preschool Day at Poverty Encounter!

Poverty Encounter is excited to welcome parents and children ages 3-5  years old for a special day of programming for Pre-K and TK students!  Students will receive a brief tour of the 16,000 sq ft award-winning exhibit as an introduction to poverty, engage in a food packing activity for children in need, and through story time learn how food travels  from the warehouse to a home overseas! All activities are led by a  Poverty Encounter facilitator.  

Planning Your Visit:  Arrive10 minutes before your tour is scheduled to begin. Parents must be present throughout the duration of the day.  Siblings of all ages are welcome!   Allow 1.5 hours for your visit.  

Tickets: Advance registration is required. 

Children ages 0-5: FREE, Youth ages  6-17: $8.00, Adults: $11.00.
