Pali Veg Fest #15: Halloween Edition

Resilient Palisades is bringing its 15th Pali Veg Fest to the Palisades Village Green, and this time the community gathering has a Halloween twist. The free afternoon mixes delicious plant-based eats, live music and seasonal fun into a relaxed outing where neighbors can reconnect and families can soak up some fall festivities.

Kids have plenty to keep them busy. They can decorate pumpkins, get their faces painted for free, go trick-or-treating around the green and show off their best costumes in a costume contest with prizes up for grabs. Giveaways and Halloween activities for both children and grown-ups round out the fun.

The festival also has a hands-on learning side. Heal the Bay will lead interactive environmental activities, and solar and clean energy experts will be on hand to answer questions. Local organizations will share rebuilding resources too, making this a meaningful stop for Palisades families.

Everything served and sold at the festival is fully vegan, so come hungry and ready to try something new. Costumes are encouraged for kids and adults alike.
