This Mother's Day, Chef Fabio Ugoletti and his team are serving up an elegant three-course brunch that’s as stunning as the coastal backdrop.The culinary journey begins with a variety of first-course options—think Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad with salmon roe, creamy Pea Soup with crab, or Asparagus Tips with a poached egg and jamón. Looking for something lighter? The Tuna Tartare and Green Hummus with crudités are equally tempting.

For the main event, the second course offers a mix of seafood and hearty entrées like Lobster Ravioli in saffron sauce, Sea Bream with shellfish in a flavorful broth, or melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu Steak. Not to be outdone, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Pappardelle with duck ragù round out the savory offerings.And of course, dessert is where the magic happens. From Coconut Panna Cotta with mango sauce to a decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake, each choice is its own sweet celebration.
