Monthly Pilates on the Green

Parents who could use a little time to stretch, breathe and reset can kick off the first Saturday of the month with a free outdoor Pilates class at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. Instructors from BODYBAR Pilates Huntington Beach lead the hour-long, full-body session on The Green, the grassy lawn near Century Theatres, turning an ordinary shopping-center morning into a mini wellness retreat.

The class is built for every fitness level, so first-timers and longtime Pilates fans can work side by side. Expect a steady mix of core work, strengthening moves and stretches that leave muscles warm and minds a bit calmer. Because it all happens outdoors, the open-air setting makes the hour feel more like a relaxed weekend ritual than a trip to the gym.

Every participant must sign a waiver, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill one out on site. Walk-ups are welcome when space allows, but RSVPing online is the easiest way to save a spot. Bring your own workout mat and a water bottle, and keep in mind that sessions depend on the weather.
