Description
Mindfulness in the Sukkah offers a unique blend of mindfulness meditation and the ancient Jewish festival of Sukkot. Guided by mindfulness teacher Mark Landsman, participants will explore the practice of mindfulness while engaging with Sukkot's traditional rituals. The experience includes immersing in the scents of the etrog, the sounds of the lulav, and the sensory connection of gathering in a temporary outdoor dwelling. This event provides an opportunity to slow down and connect deeply with the present moment through the rich symbolism and practices of Sukkot. Mark, with over 25 years of experience in mindfulness meditation and somatic-based disciplines, brings a wealth of knowledge to this event. Open to all, this free program invites an enriched awareness of the body, mind, and spirit, offering an unforgettable way to celebrate the holiday.
