Forest Lawn - Glendale invites the community to come together this Memorial Day for a meaningful, family-friendly tribute to the heroes who gave everything for our freedom. As part of Forest Lawn’s annual remembrance events across six Southern California locations, this free gathering honors fallen veterans with heartfelt traditions and community spirit.
Guests will experience a powerful program including patriotic music, ceremonial wreath layings, flag presentations and retirements, keynote speeches, and presidential proclamations. It’s a morning designed to bring generations together, with thoughtful touches like invocations, giveaways, sweet treats, coffee, and creative arts & crafts activities for the little ones. Whether you come to reflect, remember, or simply be part of a community paying respect, this event offers a beautiful way to honor those who served.
