Marion Davies Guest House Tours

Tucked inside the Annenberg Community Beach House, the Marion Davies Guest House is the last surviving building from the grand 1920s beachfront estate of silent-film star Marion Davies. Santa Monica Conservancy docents lead free, 20-minute walk-up tours that bring the site's glamorous history to life.

Tours are short enough for kids to enjoy, and they pair perfectly with a beach day. The Annenberg Community Beach House also has a splash pad, playground and sand right outside, so families can mix a little history with plenty of play.

No reservations are needed. Just head to the Guest House and a docent will greet you.

Pay-and-display parking is available in the Beach House lot: $4 per hour, with a $15 daily maximum April through October and a $10 daily maximum November through March.
