Locals’ Night at Santa Monica Pier

Locals’ Night, presented by Pacific Park, is Santa Monica’s monthly hometown party, and it’s all about celebrating the vibrant people, creativity, and culture that make this beachside city shine. Happening every third Thursday from September through May, the iconic Santa Monica Pier transforms into a festive playground with something for everyone.

Expect a rotating lineup of themed nights—from reggae jams to homecoming vibes, live jazz, hip-hop showcases, and even a holiday celebration called “Sandy Cane Lane.” You’ll find a curated blend of entertainment like youth activities, art exhibits, classic car shows, local DJs, and live performances from the area’s most talented bands. It’s the perfect excuse to unwind, connect with your community, and enjoy the magic of the Pier like never before.
