LA Zoo Lights

L.A.'s brightest holiday tradition returns on November 19 for the 2021-2022  season with a wild wonderland of light featuring hand-crafted and new high-tech attractions.

• Glowing light animals including tigers, lions, macaws, monkeys, meerkats, and flamingos "decorating" the Zoo just for you
• Musical elements including a soundtracked LED lightshow
• Interactive elements like a voice-activated “sound trail” with reactive swirls of dancing lights
• Twinkle Tunnel featuring three progressive light experiences that will ignite your senses, for even more Instagrammable moments

All your favorite attractions like the Animated Elephants, Luminous LAIR,  Disco Ball Forest, and more are back, along with scrumptious holiday goodies every night and entertainment and full bars on Fridays,  Saturdays, and Sundays. Join in the fun!

Parking

All parking lot gates are open to enter and exit the lot.

Parking is also available in adjacent lots at the Autry Museum and the lot south of the main lot.

Food

Lots of great food and drinks are available in the Zoo. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Saftey 

Effective November 8, 2021, proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination will be required to enter the Zoo. All guests 12 and older will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination by presenting their original vaccination card or a photo/digital copy of the card. Guests who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19  test result no more than 72-hours prior to their visit. Proof must also be verified with a photo ID for those 18 and older. Guests who cannot provide this proof will not be allowed to enter the Zoo. This mandate does not currently apply to individuals under the age of 12 years old.
