Holiday Sing-Along

One of Los Angeles' most cheerful holiday traditions returns to Walt Disney Concert Hall when the LA Phil hosts its annual Holiday Sing-Along. Instead of sitting quietly, the whole audience becomes part of the show, joining hundreds of fellow carolers to sing seasonal favorites in one of the world's most stunning concert halls.

A lively jazz combo, a choir and the hall's famous pipe organ back up the crowd, while host Melissa Peterman keeps the energy merry and bright. Kids love the chance to sing out loud in a big, beautiful room, and festive sweaters, Santa hats and holiday headbands fit right in.

Two performances are offered on the same Saturday, a late-morning show and an early-afternoon show, so families can choose the time that works best around naps and holiday errands. The concert lasts about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Children ages 2 and up are welcome, which makes this a perfect first concert-hall experience for little music lovers. The LA Phil suggests arriving about an hour early, and Metro and parking beneath the hall make getting there simple.
