Gen Z Wellness Summit 2025

 Join the UCLA Friends of the Semel Institute's Teen Advisory Council in partnership with Unlikely Collaborators for an exciting day dedicated to helping young adults prioritize their mental and physical well-being. The summit will cover the latest trends in nutrition, mindfulness, and more, with presentations such as the Perception Box™ Adventure, Moral Courage Game, and Science of Making Friends. Explore how mental health is nurtured through arts and culture, the impact of screens on teens, and much more. Plus, enjoy a DJ, live music, and delicious meals throughout the day. This free event is a fantastic chance for high school and college students to connect with others who share a passion for well-being.
