Free Family Concert with OC Youth Symphony

Soka Performing Arts Center and the Philharmonic Society of Orange County team up for a free family concert starring the Orange County Youth Symphony. Led by music director and conductor Johannes Müller Stosch, these talented young musicians fill the concert hall with orchestral music in an interactive program designed for listeners of every age.

It is a wonderful first concert for kids who have never heard a live orchestra, and it is especially inspiring to watch performers who are not much older than they are. Families who already love classical music will find plenty of familiar favorites to enjoy as well.

Come an hour early for pre-concert fun in the lobby, including an interactive instrument experience where kids can try out real instruments, plus arts and crafts and photo opportunities.

Tickets are free, but reservations are required and seating is subject to capacity, so book as soon as you can. With on-campus parking lots just steps from the hall, it makes an easy Saturday morning outing in south Orange County.
