Celebrate the spirit of an Italian summer at Ferragosto, Italy's Beloved Summer Holiday, Comes to Culver City! Hosted by Pasta Sisters and the Helms Design District, this lively, family-friendly street festival transforms Helms Walk into a bustling Italian piazza filled with delicious food, live entertainment, cultural experiences, and interactive activities for all ages.
Visitors can enjoy authentic Italian flavors from local vendors, watch fresh pasta-making demonstrations, sip complimentary espresso, sample artisan cheeses and gelato, browse handcrafted goods, and relax with live music throughout the afternoon. Kids and families can join Italian story time, dance-alongs, lawn games, pasta-inspired crafts, and plenty of hands-on activities that celebrate Italian culture in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
The celebration also gives back to the community by collecting new backpacks and unused school supplies for A Child's Dream, a nonprofit supporting children in underserved Los Angeles communities. Guests are encouraged to bring donations while enjoying an unforgettable day of food, family fun, and Italian traditions.
