Description

Bring your kiddos and a sense of wonder to the Family Story Time Meetup at the California Botanic Garden, where nature and storytelling bloom together! This monthly outdoor event invites young garden explorers and their caregivers to enjoy a cozy morning of nature-themed picture books read by CalBG staff and volunteers in the fresh, floral-filled air.

Perfect for preschoolers and early elementary-age children, each session wraps up with a fun, optional activity or a short guided walk through the garden’s trails. It’s a lovely way to connect with other families, nurture a love of books and the outdoors, and start your day with calm, curiosity, and community. Story Time is included with garden admission, so just show up ready for adventure!
