Earth Month Celebration

The Ishihara Park Learning Garden is inviting everyone to join them in celebrating Earth Month with a fun-filled event. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in activities such as seed-starting, owl pellet dissection, hot composting talks, making smudge sticks, and exploring the worm bin. To commemorate Mother Earth, attendees can also help decorate the sidewalk surrounding the garden.

In the spirit of sustainability, guests are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups, plates, and utensils. By doing so, they will be entered into a drawing for their very own worm bin, complete with a bucket of Red Wigglers to start producing their own compost.
