Calling all little ghouls and goblins! The 17th Annual DTLA Halloween Festival for Kids is brewing up a magical night of fun at Grand Hope Park. Experience the thrill of trick-or-treating at real doors, meet your favorite characters, and enjoy live puppet and magic shows. This year’s event also includes the brand new Mystical Midway with exciting carnival games! The first 600 kids get a special commemorative tote bag, and families will love complimentary treats like hot dogs from Shake Shack and cookies from Capital One Cafe. It’s a night full of safe, spellbinding fun for everyone!
