Día de Los Muertos at Kidspace

Celebrate the vibrant traditions of Día de los Muertos at Kidspace Children's Museum, where families can come together to honor loved ones. Experience live cultural music and dance, immerse yourself in artistic activities, and visit the community ofrenda to share memories of those who have touched your life. Be amazed by a fantastical alebrije puppet crafted by Kidspace artist-in-residence Ricky Chavez, and create your own puppet in the Imagination Workshop. Families can also create postcards in remembrance of a loved one, which can be added to the ofrenda or taken home as a keepsake. The event is filled with creativity, connection, and celebration, making it a meaningful experience for all ages. Enjoy free admission for Free First Friday on November 1, with limited tickets available starting at 4:00 pm.
