Día de los Muertos at Forest Lawn–Glendale

Forest Lawn–Glendale opens its grounds for a free Día de los Muertos celebration on Sunday, November 1, 2026, inviting your family to honor loved ones and experience one of Mexico's most meaningful traditions together. Expect an afternoon full of color, music and hands-on fun for kids.

Folklórico dancers and mariachi musicians set the rhythm while the beloved Bob Baker Marionette Theater brings its puppets to the stage, a guaranteed hit with little ones. Wander past community ofrendas and handcrafted Catrina and alebrije art, then settle in for arts and crafts and face painting.
