Cultivate: Camellias Through Time

Step into Descanso Gardens for a magical evening where history, nature, and creativity bloom together! "Cultivate" is a monthly event that invites visitors to experience the gardens in a whole new way, and this month’s theme—Camellias Through Time—celebrates the iconic flower through interactive tours, crafts, live music, and expert talks.

Wander through the breathtaking Camellia Forest on a guided tour, get creative with a hands-on tissue paper camellia craft, and watch a floral preservation demonstration in action. Have burning questions about camellias? The Ask an Expert session is the perfect place to learn from the pros. And to top it all off, FlashDance DJs will provide a lively soundtrack as you explore and enjoy the gardens!
