Kick off the 2025 Baroque Music Festival in majestic style with The Four Seasons at St. Mark Presbyterian Church! This opening concert is more than a performance—it’s a journey through centuries of musical brilliance, spotlighting Vivaldi’s iconic concerto set on its 300th anniversary. Baroque violin virtuoso Elizabeth Blumenstock brings the piece to life using her 1660 Guarneri violin, capturing every nuance of the seasons in exquisite detail.
The evening also features Vivaldi’s only Lute Concerto, performed by GRAMMY®-winner Stephen Stubbs, plus a selection of lively orchestral gems played by the Festival Orchestra under Blumenstock’s direction. Come early for a charming al fresco brass quintet prelude and stay after for a wine and waters patio reception with fellow music lovers.
