Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration

Celebrate the richness and diversity of Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures at this vibrant, all-day festival in the heart of Santa Monica! Taking over the Third Street Promenade, this free event brings together dazzling live performances—think lion dancers, Tahitian and Hula showcases, Taiko drumming, Chinese and Bollywood dance, and beats from DJ Jaw Knee Yeah—to keep the energy high all afternoon.

Stroll through SHOPFEST, a lively market highlighting AAPI-owned businesses and makers offering everything from handmade goods to tasty treats. And if that’s not enough, there's a paws-itively adorable Dogs Only Social Club pop-up featuring pet vendors, a VIP doggy lounge, photo ops, and even a rescue pup appearance on stage. Families can also enjoy community art projects and kid-friendly crafts, making this one epic celebration of culture, community, and cuteness.
