Description
The Altadena Parent Wellness Circle is a welcoming space for parents and parents-to-be to connect and share experiences. This event offers an opportunity to discuss the joys and challenges of parenthood with others who understand. It’s a supportive environment where attendees can talk, listen, and celebrate the ups and downs of parenting, all while enjoying tea and light snacks. The event is designed as a break from daily responsibilities, allowing participants to focus on their own wellness for an hour. While children are not allowed, the gathering provides a much-needed chance for personal reflection and connection with fellow parents. The session will be held in the Altadena Main Library Community Room, and it is completely free to attend, with parking available at no cost.
