64th Annual Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade

Marina del Rey lights up the water each December for its Holiday Boat Parade, when dozens of decorated boats circle the main channel dressed in lights, tinsel, and holiday cheer.

This year's theme, "Hollywood Under the Stars," promises a red-carpet spin on the parade's usual holiday sparkle, with a light show kicking off the evening before the boats begin their procession.

Grab a spot at Burton Chace Park or anywhere along the channel for a free front-row seat, and bring the whole family bundled up for a cozy night by the water.
